Угол не регулируется, можно сказать для одного ножа конструкция. Идея не плохая
Can anyone describe in English the sharpening/sanding materials he is using? Also, is there any good reason why the backing material for the sanding paper should be glass?

Устройство НЕ ПОЗВОЛЯЕТ ЗАДАВАТЬ угол заточки, но лишь повторяет существующий. Таким образом, если угол был неправилен либо не выдержан, то таковым и останется.
Ist es nicht billiger, die Messer schärfen zu lassen, als sich die Maschinen zu kaufen, um sich die Vorrichtung bauen zu können? Nur so ein Gedanke ….. also ich hab das Equipment nicht zu Hause rumstehen ……
