Only one question, why did you glue the lens cardboard assembly to the main umm body structure, you can't focus the picture for multiple distances if it's fixed in place maybe making an armature out of hinges or rods or using one of those flexible phone holders would work better so you could adjust the placement of the lens while using it, or even making it from a metal coat hanger you could bend to the right distance so your picture could be bigger on a larger screen and stay focused, other than that it looks good.
