i wound say 6 inch tubes plugged from both sides can work. maybe 4 tubes each of them is 3 meters long.
Making a propeller?? Wrong way to video this. This gives people the false impression that they can do this. Propellers need CRITICAL care in balancing or they will vibrate whatever they are attached to INTO PIECES. Or worse the will have a CATASTROPHIC FAILURE resulting in shrapnel flying and probably KILLING anyone close.

Nice job. For your next boat: Why not make the chamber of the tube multi chamber? If you make a hole, the other chambers will be still intact and you will not sink as quickly if you hit something.

Одна пробоина, или течь, и этот крейсер пойдёт сразу ко дну,т.к. в корпусе всего одна сплошная секция. А Винт, может расколоться, и просто осколком убить. А защиты от винта нет. Одним словом херня

Nice. I would fill the floats with expanding foam (perhaps at 2ft intervals) so even if there is a puncture it wont completely fill with water. Also I would surround the propeller frame with chicken wire to prevent injury to me or nearby people if the propeller breaks.
